Results of the research that was carried out by Djoko Winarso between October 2006 and March 2007 in the territories of KUD* DAU, KUD Karangploso, KUD pujon and KUD Ngantang, located along the road of Malang - Pasuruan showed that there were differences of the milk quality at the level of the livestock farmer, the collector's post, and KUD in 4 territories. The decline of milk quality especially happens when it was tested at the collector's posts. The level of protein, lactose and SNF did not show the significant difference.
